1)  Government fees will be levied and provided by service applicants.

不包括政府費用

2)  "Newly Transfer Super Combo" refers to the special discount rate ( $HKD780 for both Company Secretary services & Vitural Office; 30 % off for Accounting/Taxation services) enjoyable only to new successful applicants of our company secretary services who are employing in the current accounting year or employed in previous accounting year related company secretary services provided by any third-party agencies/accounting firms/commercial services supporting companies.

*轉會* 定義為 貴客於上年或現會計年度正使用第三方秘書公司或提供公司秘書服務的會計師行/商業服務公司 及後成功轉為大秘書秘書及會計新客戶。

3)  For service users to be deemed eligible of the above accounting/taxation service discount as stated in point number 2, "Newly Transfer Super Combo", submission of supporting documents and receipts are required.   The special discount rate will only be offered to the new applicants where the concerned company account of the current year and the previous year are similar in term of the business scale and complexities.

貴客須提供上年度有關費用單據以作定價參考，此優惠安排只適用於貴公司本年度之業務規模和複雜程度與上年度相若。

4)  If sizable differences, in term of the business scale and complexities, are observed in comparison of the company account of the new applicants between that of the current year and the previous year , we will provide preliminary consultation and assessment to ascertain the final accounting fee chargeable according to, the actual accounting needs and along with other relevant factors of the company in concern.

貴公司的業務規模和複雜程度於本年度及上年度比較下，存有頗大差異，本公司將提供免費初步諮詢及評估服務。 經初步諮詢及評估後，實際會計及報稅服務收費將按貴公司之實際交易數量及所需服務要求而定。

5)  Should any disputes arise, Master Secretary retains the right of discretion concerning any interpretation, execution and decisions regarding "New Recruits Package" special discount.

優惠套餐服務如有任何爭議，大秘書將保留最終決定權。

6)  Personal Information Statement: All personal information will be used for registration of the above company only.
