Terms and Remarks 條款及備註

1. Regular Issued Capital is 10,000 shares, other choices are also allowable.

常用公司發行股本為 10,000 股；其他個別要求亦可代處理。

2. At least one natural person as director is required for private company.

私人公司最少須擁有一名自然人作為董事。

3. Personal Information Statement: All personal information will be used for registration of the above company only.

個人資料搜集聲明: 所有資料只用作註冊有關公司之用，絕不用於其他用途。

4.For service users who are in need of currier delivery, he/she will be responsible for the cost of delivery, the currier will collect the delivery fee face to face upon the confirmation of transfer of the documents; please kindly note that a 10 dollars administrative fee will be charged by us in addition of the delivery fee and that SF Express is our designated currier by default, service users could notify us in advance regarding other choices and preferences of currier to be assigned.

如客戶需要快遞,我司將會收取HKD10的行政費及會以到付方式送出,該快遞費將由快遞公司向客戶收取,我司預設使用順豐快遞,如客戶需使用其他快遞公司,請提前通知我司。
